High School: Captained Ridgewood to North 1, Group 4 state team championships in both cross-country and track and field ... won the 1,600 and was second in the 800 and 3,200 at the sectional meet ... second at the 2011 NJSIAA Group 4 finals in the 1,600 meters (4:14.48) and fifth in the 800 (1:54.31) ... won the Bergen County Group A title in the 3,200 (9:29.80) ... leadoff leg (1,200) on Ridgewood's distance medley relay team that earned All-America honors at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals in 2011 with a school-record time of 10:06.36 ... in cross-country, was second and third, respectively, in his junior and senior years at the Bergen County Group A meet and set a personal best of 15:44 at the 2010 Bergen Meet of Champions, where he was fifth.
