2013 Season: Outdoors - Ran the second leg of the 4x400 relay at the NCAA Championships to earn All-America honorable mention ... the team ran 3:37.82 in its semifinal heat to place 17th overall ... became the second generation of her family to be an All-America, following her mother, LaTanya Sheffield, who won the 1985 NCAA 400 hurdles title ... set personal bests in four individual events (200, 400, 800, 400H) ... moved to No. 7 on the Stanford all-time list inthe 400 hurdles, running 59.42 in the Pac-12 prelims ... placed eighth at the Pac-12 Championships in the 400 hurdles (1:00.47) ... placed 37th at the NCAA West Prelims (1:01.44) ... second in the Big Meet in the 400 hurdles (1:00.16) ... named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.Indoors - Ran the second leg of the Stanford distance medley relay team that finished second at the MPSF Championships (11:22.17) ... ran a personal record 400 of 57.30 at the UW Invitational ... placed 25th at the MPSF's in the 400 (57.38).

2010 Season: Outdoors - Placed 13th in the prelims of the 400 hurdles at the Pac-10 Championships and did not advance to the final ... best 400-hurdle time of the season of 1:01.34 came at the Stanford Invitational ... placed third at the Big Meet in the 400 hurdles in 1:03.06 ... also competed in the 100 hurdles with a 14.78 at the Stanford Opener. Indoors - Competed in the 400 at the MPSF Championships, running a time of 57.68.
