2001 Track & Field Season (Junior): Ran 4:34.03 in the 1500 meters to qualify for the Pac-10 Championships … Also competed in the 800 meters.
2000 Track & Field Season (Sophomore): An excellent season with a time of 9:38.40 in the 3000 meters, and a Pac-10 qualifying time in the 1500 meters (4:27.33) … Finished sixth in the 1500 meters at the Pac-10 meet in Eugene … Was also a member of the 4x800 meter relay that established a Hayward Relays meet record.
1999 Track & Field Season (Freshman): Gained conference qualifying status in the 1500 meters (4:25.99), and the 3000 meters (9:41.56) … Finished third in the 3000 meters at the Pac-10 Track & Field Championships … Winner of the Margaret Storey – Garnett Young Award, given to the most improved runner on the Stanford team.
2001 Cross Country Season (Senior): Participated in four races with a season-best fifth place showing at the Qwest Invitational.

1999 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Ran in three races, including a third place finish at the Stanford Invitational.
1998 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Competed in four races, including helping Stanford win the NCAA Regional-8 title … Strongest finish of the season was produced at the Stanford Invitational where she placed ninth.
High School: Won an impressive 17 varsity letters while at Hopkins High School … The Minnesota state 800 meter champion in 1998, and the 1600 meter state champion in 1997 … Won five state titles overall … A two-time Nordic skiing All-American, and the 1998 national freestyle champion … The 1998 Metro Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
