2013 Season: Outdoors - Advanced to the NCAA West Prelims in the 5,000, placing 26th overall in 16:48.84 ... named to the Pac-12 All-Academic second team ... was 12th in the Pac-12 Championships in the steeplechase (10:36.67), and 15th in the 5,000 (17:13.57)... set a personal best by 12 seconds in the 5,000 at the Stanford Invitational, in 16:11.67 ... ran in six meets, over three distances (1,500, steeplechase, 5,000) ... season 1,500 best was 4:31.02 at the Payton Jordan Invitational. Indoors -Ran two races at the MPSF Championships, placing third in the 5,000 (16:31.96) and 19th in the 3,000 (9:43.35) ... ran a personal best in the mile of 4:53.28 at the Razorback Invitational on Jan. 28 ... ran an indoor personal best of 16:29.60 in the 5,000 at the Husky Classic ... clocked an indoor best of 9:12.97 in the 3,000 at the UW Last Chance Meet.

2009 Season: Outdoors - Placed third at the NCAA West Regionals in the steeplechase to automatically qualify for the NCAA Championships ... the Pac-10 runner-up in the steeplechase (10:15.18) ... ran a season-best in the steeple at the Payton Jordan Cardinal Invitational with a time of 10:11.68, third best in Stanford history at the time ... earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors. Indoors - Placed fifth in the 5,000 (16:35.32) and 11th in the 3,000 (9:37.27) at the MPSF Championships.
