ST. MARY'S CITY, Md.-- Stanford Sailing finished in 13th place at the Danmark Trophy in its first coed regatta of the season with freshman Hans Henken and sophomore Tally Buckstaff guiding the B Division squad to the seventh-best score amongst the 20 competitors.

Henken and Buckstaff combined to score 126 points, tying with Roger Williams University and Boston College for seventh place. The duo moved up a spot after day one, finishing second and fourth in the four Sunday races.

Hobart and Williams Smith Colleges won the overall title with 153 combined points among the A and B Divisions. Stanford finished with 286, 25 points out of the top 10 during the 13-race regatta.

The A Division squad skippered by freshman Kieran Chung-Wolf scored 160 points, finishing near the back of the 20 teams in three of the four races.

The Cardinal next travel to the Navy Fall Women's Intersectional next weekend.
