AUSTIN, Texas-- Stanford Sailing remained in ninth place at the women's national championships with one day to go in the first of three national championships in the Lone Star State.

With very little wind for the second-straight day, just six combined races occurred as Stanford has 111 combined points, five points behind Navy for eighth place.

Sally Mace skippered the Cardinal A Division boat to a 17th and fifth place finish, while the B Division team of Molly McKinney and Kaitlyn Baab combined for 49 points over two days, sailing four times and finishing in the top-10 of 18 teams three times.

The national team and coed races continue through June 8.
