Accounting Associate
Overview
Under the supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director, Accounting and Finance in DAPER (Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation), the Accounting Associate will be primarily responsible for initiating and monitoring all financial transactions related to several sport programs and administrative units.  These include advances, reimbursements, requisitions, purchase orders, journals, p-card transactions, travel card transactions, etc. In addition, the Accounting Associate will perform other financial functions for these programs such as reconciling and reporting. Finally, the Accounting Associate will provide general support to the Accounting and Finance area and will provide administrative and meeting support to the DAPER Investment Fund.

Webmaster/Developer
Overview
Stanford University Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation (DAPER) is currently seeking candidates for the position of Webmaster/Developer. Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing & Event Day Presentation, this position will be responsible for supporting the ongoing design, development, implementation and maintenance of Internet and Intranet web sites (i.e. www.gostanford.com, Cardinal.Red sport-specific sites and other Stanford Athletics affiliated sites (http://scra.stanford.edu, http://courtkeeper.stanford.edu).

The webmaster will be the point person for day-to-day management of the site and responsible for the development and design implementation of the websites. The Webmaster will work with all DAPER departments on website efforts.

Assistant Athletic Communications/Media Director
Overview
Stanford University seeks a highly motivated, energetic and team-orientated individual with strong communication skills to fill the role of Assistant Athletic Communications/Media Director. This position will be responsible for assisting in all publicity aspects surrounding Stanford's nationally acclaimed intercollegiate athletic program and serving as a media liaison between the athletic department and local and national media representatives, with emphasis on women's volleyball, softball, wrestling and synchronized swimming programs.
