RED ZONE REWARD WEEK - May 6-9, 2013

New for 2012-13, students may earn prizes during Red Zone Reward Week based on how many Red Zone Loyalty Points (as of April 30, 2013) they have earned during the 2012-13 year.  All students with at least 8 Red Zone Loyalty Points are eligible to claim a Red Zone Reward.  Prizes will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis by point level - students with more points will receive priority access to prizes.    

What are the prizes?

Prizes include Rose Bowl Treemendous shirts, hats, Stanford Bookstore gift cards, and exclusive Keep Calm and Cardinal On tank tops.

Top Point Earner (17 Points) = Bookstore Gift Card + Gear

14-16 Points = Bookstore Gift Card + Gear

8-13 Points = Tank or Rose Bowl Gear

How do I pick up my prize?

Prizes may be claimed in front of the Stanford Bookstore in White Plaza at the Red Zone table during Red Zone Reward Week (May 6-9) from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. each day.  Students must present a valid SUID to receive their Red Zone Reward.

How do I know how many points I have?

As noted below, no appeals for incorrect points may be made after two weeks following the event for which the Red Zone Loyalty Point(s) was awarded.  It is the student's responsibility to ensure their card is correctly scanned at each Red Zone Loyalty Point event.

The Red Zone is the official student fan club for Stanford Athletics, and the most raucous section inside Stanford Stadium. Open exclusively to Stanford students, The Red Zone is a dedicated assembly of passionate students committed to creating a supportive and intimidating atmosphere at all Stanford Athletics events.

How do I join The Red Zone?
As a Stanford student, you automatically receive free membership to The Red Zone. To start, you just need to scan your SUID and wear your Red Zone T-shirt to every event!

What do I get by joining The Red Zone?

All members of The Red Zone receive free admission to all regular season Athletics events, a free Red Zone T-shirt and the weekly Red Alert e-newsletter, which provides information on Red Zone Loyalty Point opportunities, upcoming student promotions, giveaways and other cool stuff for students. How do I get into Athletics events?
Your SUID is your free ticket into every Athletics event. However, Football tickets must be claimed in advance. See Football Tickets for more information.  Students may enter The Red Zone in Stanford Stadium through Gate 3.

How do I claim my student football tickets?
For the 2012 season, student tickets for all Stanford Football regular season home games will be distributed electronically on a first-come first-served basis.  Tickets will be claimed online and loaded on to your SUID - which will be scanned for admittance to Stanford Stadium at Gate 3. You must have your SUID to gain admission to any ticketed Stanford Athletics event. See the calendar below for the Football ticket distribution schedule.

Student football tickets will become available to claim on Tuesday of game week starting at 9:00 p.m. within the student ticketing page on gostanford.com.  

There will NOT be a standby line this year - tickets will be available through kickoff or the entire allotment is claimed.  Admission to any football game is guaranteed only by claiming your ticket in advance.  

To claim your ticket:

If this is the first time you have claimed or purchased a Stanford Athletics ticket online since you enrolled at Stanford, you will need to register for an account by doing the following:

1. Click here to register
2. Follow the below instructions starting at step 3.

If you already have an account (from the 2011 season or prior activity) or have just registered:

1. Click here to sign in.
2. Enter your e-mail address or SUID (last 8 digits) and password inside the "Already Registered" box.
3. Click on the upcoming event and add one ticket to your cart.
4. Follow the instructions through checkout and the ticket will be loaded on to your SUID to be scanned at the game.
5. Your ticket is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation e-mail from Stanford Athletics.

Student football tickets and SUID's are non-transferrable and any SUID used inappropriately may be confiscated by game management personnel.

FOOTBALL TICKET DISTRIBUTION CALENDAR

Regular season football game tickets can be claimed according to the calendar below:

2012 RED ZONE LOYALTY POINT PROGRAM
 - Students will earn Red Zone Loyalty Points for attending select Athletics events or completing specific initiatives as detailed in the calendar below.
 - Red Zone Loyalty Points will be used to gain priority access to subsidized Big Game tickets based on how many points they have earned, with first priority earlier int he week given to those with the most points and continuing until all tickets are distributed.
 - NEW THIS YEAR!  Prizes will also be given out in Spring Quarter to students in the top 20% of Red Zone Loyalty Point totals.  

Big Game Tickets
Subsidized student tickets will be $25.  Students will gain access to purchase subsidized Big Game tickets based on Red Zone Loyalty Points earned as of October 9, 2012.  
 - Students with 5 or more points will be able to purchase Big Game tickets starting at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 11
 - Students with 3-4 points will be able to purchase Big Game tickets starting at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 13 until the entire allocation has been purchased
 - If tickets remain, students with less than 3 points will be able to purchase Big Game tickets starting at 9:00 p.m. on Monday, October 15 until the entire allocation has been purchased.

It is the students' responsibility to ensure his/her SUID is correctly scanned to receive points and that his/her points are recorded correctly online.  Points will only be awarded upon entry to the event - claiming a ticket alone does not earn any points. Should there be any concerns, students should check in with a ticket office representative at the student entrance to ensure their points are recorded. Students have two week after points from an event are updated to make a formal appeal if they believe their points are incorrect by contacting athletictickets@stanford.edu with the subject line: The Red Zone Loyalty Points Program. Points will not be awarded retroactively more than two weeks after an event.

POSTSEASON TICKETS

The Red Zone Loyalty Point program or other student point programs may be used as a means of allocating student tickets for any postseason events, both at Stanford and other locations. These could include but are not limited to: Pac-12 Championship Events, Bowl Games, NCAA Tournament Games and others. Further information on postseason student tickets will be announced for each event in the Red Alert newsletter and this page.

All AXE-CESS: STUDENT SPOUSE PROGRAM

Spouses of current Stanford students are eligible to purchase an All Axe-cess membership to attend Stanford Athletics events. A Football-only pass is $35, and an all-sports pass, providing admission to the student section at all venues, is $65. Spouses in the program must follow the same ticket claim process as enrolled students. To purchase the All Axe-cess membership, student spouses need to bring their Courtesy Card along with a copy of their student spouse's SUID to the Stanford Athletics Ticket Office located at Stanford Stadium between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. M-F.
