| A three-year letterman from 1968-70, Bob Moore brought a toughness to his running and blocking. Moore utilized his good size, excellent hands, and surprising speed for a man of his size to become the second leading receiver on the team in 1958, hauling in 28 catches for 389 yards and three touchdowns. Moore was known as a great blocker with the ability to seal his side on pitchouts and sweeps. He led Stanford receivers in ’69 with 38 catches for 476 yards and four touchdowns and was named third team All-American by the AP, first team All-Coast and first team Pac-8. | |||||||||||
