INTERACTIVE
SCREEN SAVER
Stanford will
distribute a screen saver that will allow avid fans to keep track of upcoming
Stanford Athletics events, get current team news. Stanford fans downloaded
8,500 copies of the Eyetide screensaver from gostanford.com. Since February
1, 2002, over 894,000 Stanford branded images have been delivered through
the screen saver. The web-based registration process allows the sponsor
to gather valuable data from users upon initial download.
