1. What do I need to bring?
- Glove, cleats, tennis shoes, visor/hat, sunscreen, knee pad, bat and helmet
- Catchers need to bring their own gear
- Snack/Lunch.
- We will provide water
2. Will my 9 year old be playing with a 16 year old?
- No. Everyone will be broken up by age and skill level. All attempts will be made to keep groups/teams together.
3. What if it rains?
- You can call the camp phone and listen to the message for directions. In most cases camp/clinic will not be cancelled. 650-723-8726.
4. Do you accept walk-ups?
- Yes, but if we are full then we will not be able to accept your daughter. The best bet is to register before hand.
5. Airports
- Both San Jose and San Francisco airport are within 30 minutes. Oakland airport is 45 minutes away.

10. Cancellation Policy

Written request for a cancellation must be received no less than 7 days prior to the first day of the clinic/camp to qualify for a refund. All requests must be sent to Trisha Ford at tdean@stanford.edu. Requests for cancellations received prior to 7 days before the first day of camp are assessed a fee of $100 per person, per camp session. For clinics the fee is $35 per session. No refunds are issued for requests received later than 7 days before the start of the clinic/camp.

With a doctors note, a voucher for the full amount will be given to be applied to another clinic/camp.

If your daughter gets injured while at camp/clinic and cannot continue, you will be given a pro- rated voucher minus the $35 processing fee for clinics and $100 for camps.
