Logan Tom, ’03, women’s volleyball: One of the most prolific volleyball players in school history, Tom was a four-time All-American and a two-time American Volleyball Coaches Association National Player of the Year. She was also a two-time Honda Award winner in volleyball and a two-time Pac-10 Player of the Year. Her 1,939 kills rank third in program history. Tom led Stanford to the 2001 NCAA Championship and was a four-time Olympian. In 2000, she became the youngest woman ever to be selected to the U.S. Olympic team, traveling to Sydney, Australia, as a 19-year-old. She earned silver medals in Beijing in 2008 and in London in 2012.
