2014 Season: Outdoors:

• Advanced to his first NCAA outdoor final, where he finished eighth in a season-best 3:40.66 to earn first-team All-America honors
• Finished third in his semifinal heat in Eugene, Ore., running 3:46.23 to advance on place
• Earned his first NCAA Championships berth by placing second in his 1,500 heat at the NCAA West Prelims (3:45.11) to advance automatically
• Placed third at the Pac-12 Championships in Pullman, Wash., in 3:42.53
• Made a decisive move with 500 to go to lead the chase pack behind Oregon's Edward Cheserek and Arizona's Lawi Lalang to the finish line
• Atchoo covered the final lap in 56 seconds, the fastest split in the field
• Anchored Stanford to second in the 4xMile at the Penn Relays (16:17.83)
• Also anchored the distance medley relay to third in the meet (9:28.66)
• Ran the only 5,000 of his collegiate career to finish eighth in the 'B' race at the Stanford Invitational (14:06.91)

Anchored Stanford to the NCAA indoor championship in the distance medley relay
• Ran a 1,600 split of 4:03.98 while running from the lead the entire distance
• Ran a 3:57.5 split to anchor the distance medley relay to second at the Penn State National in 9:28.95, the third-fastest time in school history
• Seventh in the MPSF 3,000 (7:54.98)
• Sixth in the invitational mile at Penn State (4:03.24)
• Ninth in the invitational 3,000 at the Husky Classic in a PB of 7:59.51

2013 Season: Outdoors -

• Recipient of the Block 'S' Male Junior Award at the Stanford Athletic Board awards
• A USTFCCCA All-Academic selection
• Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic second team
• Achieved the USATF 'A' standard and moved to No. 9 on Stanford's all-time outdoor list in the 1,500 with a personal best 3:39.57 at the Payton Jordan Invitational
• The placed him No. 36 on the 2013 U.S. list
• At the USATF Championships, ran 3:51.64 and did not advance out of the first round
• Placed fourth in the top section at Payton Jordan and was the second collegiate finisher
• At the conclusion of the collegiate season, had the third-fastest time among collegians, and second-fastest among American collegians
• Placed eighth at the Pac-12 Championships in the 1,500 (3:43.65) and 19th overall at the NCAA West Prelims (3:49.06)
• Won the Big Meet 1,500 (3:55.14) and was third in the 800 (a personal best 1:50.10) ... ran in four meets, all in the 1,500. 

Indoors -

• Broke the Stanford indoor mile record with a 3:57.14 on Feb. 23 in winning the MPSF Championships final in Seattle
• The time was the fastest by any Stanford runner in 27 years, indoors or outdoors
• Olympian Jeff Atkinson's outdoor 3:55.16 in 1986 is the only faster miler in school history
• Broke Olympian Michael Stember's indoor mark of 3:58.40 from 2000
• Broke another school record in the distance medley relay, anchoring team to a 9:28.25 victory at the Alex Wilson Invitational at Notre Dame on March 1
• Ran 3:56.8 split over 1,600 meters
• Earned two first-team All-America honors with a pair of eighth-place finishes at the NCAA Championships in Fayetteville, Ark.
• Eighth in the mile at 4:04.92
• DMR was eighth in 9:39.22
• Named Outstanding Performer of The Armory Collegiate Invitational in New York City on Feb. 1 after he rallied Stanford to victory on the anchor of the DMR and won the mile (4:02.38).

2012 Season: Outdoors -

• Placed sixth in the 1,500 at the Pac-12 Championships in Seattle, running 3:48.74
• Advanced to the semifinals of the NCAA West preliminary round, before placing 18th in 3:50.28, but did not qualify for nationals
• Ran his fastest 1,500 of the season at the Payton Jordan Invitational at Stanford, clocking 3:42.36
• Named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.

Indoors -

• Earned first-team All-America honors with the distance medley relay team that placed fourth at the NCAA Championships in 9:36.13
• Atchoo ran 2:58.8 on the 1,200-meter leadoff leg
• Became the 12th Stanford runner to break 4:00, indoors or outdoors, when he ran 3:59.92 to win his heat at the Flotrack Husky Classic in Seattle on Feb. 11
• At the time, he became one of 373 Americans ever to run a four-minute mile
• Placed fourth in the mile at the MPSF Championships, running 4:03.29
• Led off the DMR team that placed second at MPSF's and clocked the seventh-best time in Stanford indoor history, in 9:31.24
• That time earned Stanford the No. 9 ranking on the 2012 U.S. performance list
• Earned MPSF All-Academic honors

2011 Season: Outdoors -

• Qualified for the NCAA regional preliminary round in the 1,500
• Placed 14th at the Pac-10 Championships in the 1,500
• Ran a then-collegiate best of 3:44.98 at the Payton Jordan Invitational in the 1,500 meters
• Fourth-place finisher in the 1,500 at the Big Meet with a time of 3:47.23
• Ran 1:52.82 for 800 meters at the Cal Outdoor Opener

Indoors -

• Helped Stanford to the MPSF title by finishing seventh at the MPSF Championships in the mile (4:07.78)
• Ran a season-best mile of 4:07.61 at the Husky Classic

Cross Country:

• Earned All-West Region honors and was named to the All-Pac-12 second team in 2013
• Placed sixth at regionals to help Stanford to first place in 2013 and generally ran as the team's No. 3 runner, including at the NCAA Championships

High School:

• Nine-time Oakland County champion in cross country and track
• Six-time all-state honoree
• Millrose Mile qualifier in 2008 and 2009
• Captained his cross country team his senior year
