Nolan Named Muscle Milk Athlete of the Week

STANFORD, Calif.-- Stanford freshman David Nolan was named the Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week following nine combined wins at the Arena Invite in Long Beach last weekend.

Nolan won three individual events himself, setting two meet records in the process. He set records in the 200 back and 200 IM and also won the 100 fly. He was also a part of six winning relay teams, three which set school-records. Of Stanford's 14 wins over the three-day event, nine included the Stanford freshman.

The 400 free relay record was one of the longest-standing records at the event, as Nolan and company broke a 1989 record.
