Pac-12 All-Academic Selections

STANFORD, Calif.- Stanford was well represented with a conference-best six players named to the Pac-12 All-Academic team, as announced by Commissioner Larry Scott.

For the fifth consecutive season under head coach Johnny Dawkins, Stanford totaled the most selections of any conference school.

Anthony Brown, John Gage and Robbie Lemons were named to the first team, while Stefan Nastic and Chasson Randle were recognized as second team picks. Dwight Powell earned honorable mention accolades.

To be eligible for selection to the Pac-12 All-Academic team, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and be either a starter or significant contributor.

Brown, Gage, Nastic and Powell are all three-time recipients of the award. Brown earned honorable mention status during the last two years. Gage received first-team accolades over his first two seasons. Nastic was recognized as an honorable mention pick before moving up to second team last year. Powell was tabbed honorable mention as a sophomore before landing on the second team as a junior.

Lemons and Randle are two-time honorees. Lemons was also named to the first team last year while Randle garnered second team honors.

Stanford has produced 60 all-time All-Academic selections, the most of any conference school since the inception of the award in 1985-86. Washington State ranks second, having totaled 29 honorees.
