STANFORD, Calif.- Stanford held its annual Cardinal-White scrimmage on Thursday night, highlighting the team’s season ticket holder appreciation event at Maples Pavilion.

Chasson Randle (18 points), Anthony Brown (14 points) and Robbie Lemons (10 points) all scored in double figures, with multiple players switching rosters during a contest that was split over 12-minute halves.

The White team, with Brown playing alongside Josh Huestis and Dwight Powell, posted a commanding 30-7 win during the first half. The second period was much more competitive, with Randle’s driving layup lifting the Cardinal squad to a 25-24 victory.

Randle, Marcus Allen and Stefan Nastic all played on both winning teams.

Prior to the scrimmage, season ticket holders were treated to an exclusive behind-the-scenes facility tour of Maples Pavilion, getting a glimpse of the locker room, athletic training room, weight room, practice facility and media work room before walking down to the court. Fans were also invited to take part in a complimentary sampling of the enhanced concession items for the upcoming year, which included specialty gourmet sausages, turkey and vegetarian wraps, BBQ ribs, sandwiches, salads and snack items.

Earlier in the evening during warm-ups, Stanford became the first team to debut the revolutionary Google Glass product in real-time action. In conjunction with the CrowdOptic platform technology, season ticket holders attending the event were able to view the action through the athletes’ perspective simply by pointing their mobile device in the direction of the court. In addition, they were also able to join a Google+ hangout or view through their own Google Glass.

After the scrimmage, head coach Johnny Dawkins addressed the crowd with an update on the season heading into next weekend’s exhibition against Seattle Pacific.

Assistant coaches Tim O’Toole and Charles Payne concluded the evening by hosting a clinic for 6th Man Club students.
