STANFORD, Calif. – Stanford women’s lacrosse head coach Amy Bokker and assistant coach Brooke Eubanks will compete at the 2013 Federation of International Women’s Lacrosse World Cup July 10-20 in Oshawa, Canada.

Bokker will serve as an assistant coach for Team USA while Eubanks will compete for Team Canada. The U.S. and Canada are both in Pool A and will compete on Tuesday, July 16 at 5 p.m. (PT) in the final match of pool competition.

It will be Eubanks' third FIL World Cup after competing for Canada in 2005 and 2009. Bokker will make her second appearance after serving as an assistant coach for the Canadian team in 2009. Bokker and Eubanks helped lead the 2009 Canadian team to a bronze medal - its first World Cup medal since 1982.

The World Cup will consist of 19 teams spanning four continents. The U.S. has won six of eight World Cup titles, while Australia has claimed two.

Team USA opens its tournament against England on Thursday, July 11 at 5 p.m. (PT), while Team Canada begins on Friday, July 12 at 5 p.m. (PT) versus Australia.
