Why did you decide to come to Stanford?
I knew I would be safe from the polar vortex.

When you were a kid and even now, who would be your role models in the sport?
My friend Julie Sterrett.

What is one tip you would give to a student-athlete to be successful in school and their sport?
Perform to your own expectations.

What is your favorite memory of your softball career thus far?
The quality time I spend with my teammates off of the field.

What are your favorite and least favorite training drills?
Favorite: fence drills.
Least Favorite: pool workouts.

What is the best advice you have ever gotten, and from whom?
“Don’t look directly at the sun.” – My dad.

What are three things on your bucket list?

  1. Travel to Italy.
  2. Run a marathon.
  3. Design my own house.

Hungry.

Go on road trips.
