STANFORD, Calif. – Stanford gymnasts Michael Levy and Jordan Nolff will compete at the 19th Maccabiah Games in Israel July 17-30.

The Maccabiah Games are an international Jewish athletic competition held every four years in Israel. This year’s competition will feature over 7,000 athletes from over 50 countries.

Levy and Nolff will be two of seven male gymnasts representing Team USA at the competition. Levy and Nolff helped lead Stanford to a third-place finish at the 2013 NCAA Championships.

Levy, a rising junior from Albuquerque, N.M., competed in all 10 meets for Stanford on floor and in eight competitions on still rings and vault. Levy tied for the ninth-highest score on rings among Stanford gymnasts in 2013.

Nolff, a 2013 Stanford graduate from Milburn, N.J., appeared in nine of 10 meets on floor and rings, and competed in three competitions on pommel horse and parallel bars. Nolff recorded the fourth (15.200), eighth (15.100) and ninth-highest (15.000) Stanford scores on rings this season.
