STANFORD, Calif. -- - Six former Stanford players - Andrew Luck, David DeCastro, Jonathan Martin, Coby Fleener, Chris Owusu and Delano Howell - will join more than 300 top draft prospects at the NFL Combine which starts on Wednesday at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind.
Top executives, coaching staffs, player personnel departments and medical personnel from all 32 teams will be on hand to evaluate the nation's top players for the upcoming NFL Draft. The performance of the players over the six-day period is an integral step in preparation for the Draft.
DeCastro, Martin and Fleener are scheduled to take part in measurements, medical examinations, media availability, psychological testing and team interviews on Thursday and will work out for team officials on Saturday.
Luck and Owusu will be measured and go through medical examinations, media availability, psychological testing and team interviews on Friday before their scheduled workout day on Sunday.
Howell is scheduled to workout out with the other defensive backs on Tuesday after going through measurements, testing and interviews on Sunday.
Luck, DeCastro and Martin are projected first round picks in most mock drafts, while Fleener has also been targeted as a possible late first or second round selection.

Stanford will hold its Pro Timing Day on campus for NFL scouts and executives on March 22nd.
The NFL Draft returns to primetime in 2012, with the first round taking place on Thursday, April 26 followed by the second and third rounds on Friday, April 27. Rounds 4-7 will be held on Saturday, April 28.
