STANFORD, Calif. – Stanford women’s gymnastics will play host to four meets and appear on the Pac-12 Network in four nationally televised events, as the 2014 schedule was announced Thursday.
The Cardinal will face four teams that competed in last year’s NCAA Tournament, including home meets against Georgia on Jan. 12 and Utah on Feb. 17. The meet against Utah will be televised on the Pac-12 Network.
Stanford will play host to Arizona, Sacramento State and BYU on Jan. 19 in a quad-meet, and conclude its home slate on March 13 against California.
The Cardinal will travel to defending Pac-12 Champion Oregon State on Feb. 2 in a meet that will be featured on the Pac-12 Network. Stanford will head to Pac-12 runner-up and fourth-place finisher at the NCAA Championships UCLA on Feb. 22.
The Cardinal will conclude its regular season on March 7 at Alabama, which is coming off a third-place finish at the NCAA Championships, before heading to the Pac-12 Championships on March 22 at Cal.
Stanford will pursue its seventh Super Six appearance after a successful 2013 season that included a sixth NCAA Championships appearance in seven years, 30th consecutive regional appearance, two NCAA Norman Regional individual champions in three events and two Pac-12 individual champions.
