2000 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Competed on Stanford's title winning Pac-10 team where he finished seventh overall... Also helped the Cardinal to a fourth place national finish at the NCAA's as Stanford's third runner.

High School: Enjoyed an outstanding career at York Community High School ... A member of the school's state championship team in track and cross country ...
