STANFORD, Calif. - All five starting players on the Stanford women’s golf team received Pac-12 honors, as announced on Thursday by the Conference office.

Freshman Mariah Stackhouse made the All-Pac-12 first team, while fellow rookie Lauren Kim earned second team and senior Sally Watson received an honorable mention.

Watson closes out her career as a 2009 all-conference second team and three-time honorable mention.

On the course and in the classroom, Watson led the Cardinal with her third All-Academic first team selection. For their first All-Academic honors, Mariko Tumangan made the second team and Danielle Frasier garnered honorable mention.

Earlier this spring Watson became the program’s first Pac-12 Women’s Golf Scholar-Athlete of the Year. She is now one of three Cardinal players to be recognized as a three-time All-Academic first team, along with Rebecca Durham (2009-2011) and Ki-Shui Liao (2007-2009).
