Only one game and one team stands between Stanford's 12th Final Four appearance and sixth in the last seven years, and that is Tuesday's Regional Final at 6:08 p.m. on ESPN at Maples Pavilion against No. 4 seed North Carolina.

The Cardinal was in high spirits after Sunday's 82-57 victory over Penn State in the regional semifinal, and morale remained sky-high Monday during the team's open media session and two-hour practice.

The Cardinal Channel was faithfully there to document the team's activities at Maples Pavilion in today's installment of "Real Ladies of Maples: Tournament Edition." Today's video includes an introduction to some familiar faces from the Cardinal's five-year Final Four run from 2008-12, as Jayne Appel, Sarah Boothe, Lindy La Rocque, Melanie Murphy, Nneka Ogwumike and Kayla Pedersen made an appearance in the locker room postgame. The "old guard" watched with amusement sa the current team broke out into a dance party to AC/DC's "TNT" in celebration of its win.

Junior forward Erica Payne and freshman guard Lili Thompson took a moment to thank the Maples faithful for their support Sunday, and encouraged them to come out strong one last time at Maples this season for Tuesday's game against the Tarheels.

The five Cardinal starters, Thompson, Chiney Ogwumike, Mikaela Ruef, Amber Orrange and Sara James, met with the media at a press conference this morning to discuss the final game at Maples this season. Setsuko Ishiyama Director of Women's Basketball Tara VanDerveer also addressed the media after the players' time was through.

Following that, the team hit the court for a two-hour workout, going over scouting and preparation for Tuesday's contest, which will air on ESPN at 6:08 p.m. with Dave Pasch and Debbie Antonelli on the call and Brooke Weisbrod reporting from the sidelines.

Tuesday's matchup is the third all-time meeting between Stanford and North Carolina, and, interestingly enough, all three meetings have come in the NCAA Tournament. Stanford has twice beaten the Tarheels in the Sweet 16, most recently three years ago in a 72-65 decision in Spokane, Wash.
