At Stanford – A tri-captain for the Cardinal in 2002, she has played in every game (58) since she arrived on The Farm…She ranks 2nd in career groundballs (119) and draw controls (44) and 3rd in caused turnovers (60)…As a junior in 2001, she was a defensive force for the team picking up 28 groundballs (3rd on the team), 22 draw controls (2nd on the team) and 18 caused turnovers (2nd on the team)…She had 5 draw controls in the win against Davidson (3/7) as well as three games with 3 caused turnovers and four games with 2 caused turnovers…As a sophomore in 2000, she had both the most ground balls (45) and caused turnovers (25) for the team…Started all 17 games and scored in 10 of them…Scored 3 goals vs. UCLA in the WWLL Final Four (5/6)…Set and repeated a team record 5 caused turnovers in a single game, against Denver (4/1), then against California (4/22)…Had at least one ground ball in every game and had 5 games with 3 or more groundballs…Prep – In 1996 her lacrosse team won their conference championship–her most exciting sports experience…Also, in track, she set the sophomore record in the 400 Meters, the 3rd best time in school history…Lettered in four sports at Severn School; lacrosse, field hockey, track and soccer…Personal – Born December 9, 1980…Parents are Reynaldo and Pauline Rodriguez…Majoring in Human Biology, with a minor in Psychology…Interested in becoming a doctor…A member of the USA West Lacrosse Team who traveled to Japan in the summer of 2001 to play the Japanese National Team…Hobbies include sailing, Ultimate Frisbee and tennis.
