No. 5 Stanford tries to extend winning streak against No. 2 BYU

As a Redshirt Freshman in 2012: Played in 13 matches, all off the bench, while an understudy to four-time first-team All-America Erik Shoji ... often entered as a serving specialist ... made collegiate debut in four-set victory over visiting Juniata (Jan. 13), picking up two assists in three sets ... had collegiate-best two digs against Cal State Northridge (Feb. 11) and Pacific (April 3).

As a Freshman in 2011: Did not play.

High School/Club: A 2010 graduate of Honolulu's Iolani School, the same school attended by teammate Brad Lawson and former Stanford star Kawika Shoji ... Volleyball Magazine Fab 50 selection of top seniors among the class of 2010 ... named to the U.S. junior national championship 18-and-under all-tournament team after helping the Outrigger Canoe club to second place in the Open Division ... twice a Fab 15 selection for Hawaii's top high school players ... helped Iolani to the 2008 Hawaii state Division I title ... named to the 2009 state all-tournament team ... All-Interscholastic League of Honolulu first-team choice ... also played basketball for Iolani ... selected to the 2009 USA Youth A2 Camp and played for the USA Youth Red team at the 2009 High Performance Championships ... selected as Best Digger at the 2009 High Performance Championships ... 2007 U.S. Junior National Championships 16 Open Division All-Tournament team.
