Lisa Milgram has been the head coach of the men's and women's fencing teams since 1999 and shares head coaching duties with Co-Head Coach George Pogosov.

Milgram, a 1993 graduate of Penn State, served as Stanford's assistant coach since 1996. During her time on The Farm, Stanford has finished third at the NCAA Championships, first at NCAA Regionals and had a total of four athletes win individual NCAA Championships. Prior to joining the Cardinal coaching staff, she was head coach at UC San Diego for three seasons.

As an undergraduate at Penn State, Milgram led the team to the NCAA Championship in 1990, finishing third overall in women's foil. She was a three-time letterwinner with a degree in Exercise Sport Science. Milgram was a member of the Junior Women's Foil team and won the Junior Olympics. She was a nationally ranked fencer in both foil and epee.
