2012 Season (Senior): Placed third at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters ... ran an American Collegiate Record in the 10,000 meters of 27:31.38 ... the Pac-12 Champion in the 5,000 meters and the runner-up in the 1,500 meters ... the NCAA runner-up in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... set the Stanford record of 13:19.58 in the indoor 5,000 meters at the Milrose Games ... the MPSF runner-up in the mile.

2011 Season (Junior): Placed fourth in both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters at the NCAA Outdoor Championships ... finished with times of 13:36.17 for 5K and a person best of 28:26.65 for 10K as the races were run back-to-back days due to weather problems ... placed second at the Pac-10 Championships in the 10,000 meters with a time of 29:19.90 and third in the 5,000 meters with a time of 13:57.88 ... ran a personal-best time of 13:29.74 for 5,000 meters at the Payton Jordan Invitational ... the Big Meet Champion in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:06.46 ... placed eighth at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 5,000 meters after running a time of 13:36.87.

2010 Season (Sophomore): Earned the sixth All-America honor of his career after placing fourth in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA Outdoor Championships ... doubled to a pair of Pac-10 Championships in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters ... ran times of 13:43.69 in the 5,000 and 29:10.80 in the 10,000 to earn his first two Pac-10 titles in track ... ran a season-best time of 13:31.67 at the Mt. SAC Invitational ... ran a collegiate best in the 1,500 meters of 3:42.45 at the Payton Jordan Invitational ... redshirted in the indoor season.

2009 Season (Freshman): Set the American Junior Record in the 5,000 meters with a time of 13:29.98 at the Payton Jordan Cardinal Invitational ... placed third at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 5,000 with a time of 14:07.34 to earn the fourth and final All-America honor of his freshman season ... also an All-American twice indoors after placing fourth in the 5,000 and fifth in the 3,000 meters at the NCAA Indoor Championships ... his time of 7:56.31 in the 3,000 also set an American Junior Record ... placed third in the both the 5,000 and the 10,000 meters at the Pac-10 Championships to score 12 team points for Stanford ... runner-up in the 3,000 at the MPSF Indoor Championships ... his 13:29.98 in the 5,000 meters is the Stanford freshman record and ranks sixth all-time in the event for the Cardinal.

International Competition: Placed 15th at the 2009 Junior World Cross Country Championships in Amman, Jordan, covering the 8,000-meter course in 24:20 ... placed second at the 2009 USA Junior Cross Country Championships with an 8,000-meter time of 23:29.
