2000 Track & Field Season (Freshman): Enjoyed a highly productive season by qualifying for the NCAA's in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:11.4, eighth-best in school history ... At the Pac-10 Championships in Eugene, finished second ... Was an NCAA provisional qualifier in the 3,000 meters at 9:27.66 ... Finished third at the Pac-10's in the 3,000 meters.

2000 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Competed at the NCAA championships for a second straight season ... Stanford's second runner at the NCAA's and helped lead the Cardinal to a third place national finish ... For her efforts at the NCAA's, she gained All-America honors for a second straight season ... Produced three Top-5 finishes in five races ... Finished second at the Notre Dame Invitational ... Also competed at the Pac-10's.

1999 Cross Country Season (Freshman): The 1999 Pacific-10 Cross Country Athlete of the Year ... Also named the 1999 Pac-10 Newcomer of the Year ... Honored by Stanford University as the Conference Female Athlete of the Year, presented to a Stanford athlete who distinguishes herself in conference competition ... Captured first place honors at the Pac-10 Championships, the first Stanford athlete to win the conference title in cross country, and only the second frosh to win the conference crown ... Gained All-America honors with a seventh place finish at the NCAA Championships ... Placed second at the Pre-NCAA's and at the NCAA West Regionals ... Participated at the World Junior Cross Country Championships in Portugal.

High School: Won the National Scholastic outdoor two-mile title two years in a row, and produced the fastest two mile (10:17) time in the nation during her senior season ... Won Vermont state titles in the 800, 1,500 and 3,000 meters ... Set several state track records ... Twice ran in the mile at the Millrose Games in Madison Square Garden where she placed second in 1998 and third in 1999 ... Finished third at the 1999 National Scholastic High School mile in Boston ... The two-time (1997, 1998) Footlocker National Cross Country champion ... Also a member of the U.S. Jr. World Cross Country team where she placed 22nd in March, 1999 ...
