Stanford: Returns in 2001 as one of the top 800 meter runners in the Pac-10 and will look to compete at the NCAA level.

2000 Track & Field Season (Freshman): A conference qualifier in the 800 meters (2:09.85) and the 1,500 meters (4:28.67) ... Finished sixth at the Pac-10 Championships in the 800 meters ... Placed sixth at the Canadian Olympic Trials at 1,500 meters (4:26.94) ... Ran on the 4x800 meter relay team that won the Hayward Relays crown in Eugene ... Also ran on the school record holding 4x800 meter relay team at the Drake Relays.

2000 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Ran in three races, and helped lead the Cardinal to the Pac-10 title ... Finished first at the Stanford Invitational.

High School: A member of the Canadian team at the 1998 World Cross Country Championships ... Also a member of the Canadian Junior National track & field team ... Enjoyed an impressive five-year career at Kelowna Secondary School, winning three gold medals and two silvers in the 1,500 meters at the British Columbia High School Championships ...
