2000 Track & Field Season (Junior): The Pac-10 champion in the 3,000 meters (9:22.11) ... Later at the conference meet, finished third in the 5,000 meters ... At the NCAA Championships at Duke, gained All-America honors in the 3,000 meters (9:17.81, fifth-best in school history) with a fifth place finish ... Ran a career-best 4:12.56 at the GMC/Envoy Open, the second-best time in school history ... Also ran a NCAA qualifying time of 15:59.10 in the 5,000 meters, fourth-best in school history ... 1999 Track & Field Season (Sophomore): Gained All-America honors in the 3,000 meters with a fifth place finish at the NCAA's at Boise State ... Enjoyed an excellent season, competing in the 800, 1,500, 3,000 and 5,000 meters ... Tallied a fifth place showing in the 1,500 meters, and a seventh place effort in the 5,000 meters at the conference meet ... Gained entry to the NCAA's with a qualifying time of 9:18.40 in the 3,000 meters ... Had NCAA provisional times of 4:21.05 in the 1,500 meters, and 16:22.39 in the 5,000 meters ... During the indoor season, gained All-America honors in the mile at the NCAA's with a season-best time of 4:43.91, good for seventh place overall.

1998 Track & Field Season (Freshman): Gained All-America honors with a ninth place finish in the 3,000 meters at the NCAA's, an event won by her former teammate, Monal Chokshi ... Ran the 1,500 meters at the Pac-10 Championships where she finished fifth to score key points in helping the Cardinal finish second.

1997 Track & Field Season: Redshirted.

1999 Cross Country Season (Senior): Finished her career as one of Stanford's top runners throughout the year ... Helped lead Stanford to wins at the Pac-10's, the NCAA West Regionals, and the Stanford Invitational ... Finished second at the conference meet.

1998 Cross Country Season (Junior): Another excellent season, running in five races with four Top-8 finishes ... Was Stanford's top runner (fifth place overall) at the NCAA's to gain All-America honors, and help the team finish third ... Helped Stanford win the Pac-10 and NCAA Regional-8 titles, finishing third and eighth, respectively.

1997 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Captured first place in the season opener at the Nevada Invitational ... At the NCAA West Regionals in Tucson, finished third in a time of 17:17.00 ... Finished fifth at the Pac-10 Championships at Stanford in a time of 17:25 over 5,000 meters ... Placed seventh at the Stanford Invitational in a time of 17:20 ...
