Stanford Men Sweep The Western Invitational

The Stanford Men's Fencing Team Swept all teams at the Western Invitational at UCSD Saturday. The Women's Team had a record of 4-2 but took second place overall. This ends the season for the cardinal as they now train for the first round of the NCAA, the Western Regional Championships to be held in San Diego on March 11. This will be the first year that the entire traveling team will qualify as individuals for the Western Regional. Everyone will have a chance to qualify for the NCAA championships held at the end of March at Drew University, New Jersey. Last year Stanford qualified 6 and the team is hoping for even more from this very young team.

Men's Sabre 4-2
