SHANGHAI, China - Once again in front of a sell out crowd, we shocked the Chinese fans by scoring two goals in the first half and eventually defeated the Chinese Women's National Team 2-0. It was a good way to end our Chinese Tour.

The next day we got off to an early start as the alarm went off at 4:30 am. We packed up the bus and were ready to start our journey home. We began our 6-hour bus ride with one last police escort through the city of HuaiAn. We then sat in traffic due to a toll booth, moving about 1 mile in two hours. So when we finally arrived at the Shanghai Airport, we were running a little late and rushed through check in. We boarded the plane for our 10-hour flight back home.

As we arrived in San Francisco, the three of us walked off the plane with smiles, while the rest of the team unfortunately had to endure several more hours of the airport and travel.

As we drove toward the Stanford Campus, there was one thing on our mind - American Food!!! It did not take us long to venture off to CPK for a satisfying meal. As glad as we were to be back at Stanford, this was definitely an amazing trip that allowed us to experience a new culture. Thanks to the interesting people, unique food, and quality time we spent as a team, this is one spring break we will never forget.
