Another great win! We played the Youth Chinese National Team and won 2-0 in front of a sold out crowd of about 5000. The field conditions were not great, but the atmosphere was unlike anything we have ever experienced in the states.

As our days in Huai An continued, we were guests at a banquet with the city mayor and other important people of Huai An, which was put on by the Chinese Football Association. There was interesting food, reluctant dancing, and karaoke for entertainment. It was a fun evening and a good start to our stay in Huai An.

Last night we were treated to a non Chinese meal at a Brazilian Barbeque. We had an assortment of meats and fruits prepared in unique ways, accompanied by karaoke once again. This was one of our most enjoyable nights in China.

Today was an exceptionally long day. We took a trip to the market in Huai An, but it did not compare to those in Shanghai. Then we went straight to lunch at the HuaiAn Hotel, put on by the Gu Shen Hu Company. We had quite a "lively" meal as the prawn dish was not quite dead. One prawn, in particular, had so much kick that is landed on a teammate's plate. We were all glad to rush out of there and off to training.

Tomorrow we face the Chinese Women's Full National Team. It will be our toughest game yet. We will let you know how it goes once we get back to the states. Peace out from China!!
