COLUMBUS, Ohio - Stanford's fencing team finished tenth at NCAA Championships, accumulating 62 points across six events. The men's squad was responsible for 50 points and the women contributed 12.
Turner Caldwell reached the men's foil finals after defeating Alexander Mills of Princeton, 15-12. Caldwell fell to Zain Shaito of Ohio State, 15-11.
Caldwell was victorious in 17 of 23 bouts and finished with the largest indicator margin (+37) in men's foil.
Joining Caldwell as an All-American is Kian Ameli. Ameli finished ninth in men's epee, winning 13 of 23 bouts.

Julia Klepner - 23rd in women's sabre.
