Rain has caused the NCAA Men's and Women's Tennis Championships to halt play of two matches in progress and re-structure today's schedule. The Ohio State-Texas men's match and the USC-Miami women's matches had begun earlier today, but were stopped once the rain came. The men's match will be continued later today at the San Franicso Tennis Center while the women's match has been suspended at this time.
Due to limited seating at the San Francisco Tennis Club, only essential team personnel and immediate family of participants will be admitted in the facility.
The UCLA-Pepperdine men's match has also been moved to the San Francisco Tennis Center with an approximate start time of 5 p.m.
The Stanford-Baylor men's match will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the Virginia-Georgia men's match will begin at 6 p.m. Both matches will also take place at the San Francisco Tennis Center.
As of 6 pm PT, the women's semifinal matches will be played tonight at Taube Tennis Center if the weather clears and courts are dry. USC-Miami will attempt to restart at 8 p.m., while Stanford-Florida will attempt to begin by 8:30 p.m.
An update on the remainder of the day's schedule will be available at www.gostanford.com as soon as it is determined.
