May 19, 2006

Due to rain, today's 3 p.m. women's Quarterfinal matches in the NCAA Championship have been moved to San Francisco.

Matches that were set to begin at 3 p.m. at Stanford will start between 5:30 and 6 p.m. at the San Francisco Tennis Club. The matches will restart on the six indoor courts, starting with all three doubles for both teams. After doubles, 1-3 singles will begin play for Northwestern-USC and Miami-Notre Dame. Positions 4-6 will begin play as 1-3 singles ends, or members finish on other courts at the San Francisco Tennis Club.

Tonight's 6 p.m. matches between Baylor and Florida and Stanford and Duke will begin as soon as possible, at the Taube Tennis Center, but not before 8:45 p.m.

Tomorrow's men's Round of 16 is still set to begin at 9 a.m. at the Taube Tennis Center on the Stanford campus.

Updated results from all of today's matches will be available on GoStanford.com.
