In the duet it was Bell and Durand again coming through for the Cardinal, while Urata captured the solo competition.

The same weekend as the victory over Florida, six Stanford synchronized swimmers competed in phase one of the National Team Trials. Each of Alex Bollaidlaw, Debbie Chen, Maria Koroleva, Michelle Moore, Olivia Morgan and Corinne Smith advanced to the next round of qualifying. Phase two of the qualifying takes place at Stanford on May 3, the day after the completion of U.S. Nationals.

The U.S. National meet will also be hosted by Stanford at the Avery Aquatic Center. It will take place from April 30th to May 2nd. Last season, the Cardinal became the first collegiate team share for the U.S. title, a spot usually reserved for club teams.
