STANFORD, Calif. - Stanford women's rowing opens its spring campaign at Redwood Shores this weekend, hosting the Pac-12 Women's Challenge Sponsored By Recology Saturday and Sunday.
The event will feature Stanford and Pac-12 crews California and Oregon State racing against Clemson, Northeastern, Oklahoma. Racing will begin at 9 a.m. with the first Cardinal boat in action at 9:10 a.m. as the I Eight goes up against its counterpart from Clemson.
Stanford's four boats, the I Eight, II Eight, Four and Novice Eight will take on Clemson during the morning session then will face off against the boats from Northeastern in the afternoon. Sunday morning the Cardinal boats will take on their counterparts from Oklahoma.

-Take the 101 North ramp towards San Francisco
-Take the Marine World Parkway Exit. Exit toward the bay.
-Follow Marine World Parkway.
To the launch site:
-At the second light turn right on Twin Dolphin Drive.
-Turn left on: Lagoon Drive.
-Turn Right into the first parking lot.
To the viewing bridge:
Follow Marine World Parkway.
Turn right on Bridge Parkway.
Turn right into the parking lot just before the bridge.
Walk up to the top.

The bridge at the 1000 meter point. To get to the bridge, follow Marine Parkway to Bridge Parkway and turn right. Parking is available at the base of the bridge. Use pedestrian walkway to get to the top.
