STANFORD, Calif. – Sophomores Mariah Stackhouse and Lauren Kim were named to the Women’s Golf Coaches Association All-America first team, as announced Thursday.
Kim had seven top-10 finishes in 13 events on the season, including a team-best third-place performance at the NCAA Championships, the highest by a Stanford golfer since 1992.
Stackhouse punched in a pair of wins during the regular season and was 33rd at the national finale.
Stackhouse also took medalist honors at the UC Irvine Invitational, earning an exemption into the LPGA’s Kia Classic in the process.
