STANFORD, Calif. -Each week GoStanford.com has featured a Q&A with a different member of the 2013 Stanford softball team. The final Meet the Team of the year is freshman Kayla Bonstrom.

How old were you when you first started playing softball? 7 years old
Besides softball, do you have any unique talents? I can ride and train horses, but I don’t know if that’s considered a unique talent.
If you could meet any celebrity who would it be? Blake Shelton because he’s hilarious and amazingly good looking.
Do you have any pregame superstitions or rituals? Just listening to a certain play list.
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go? Europe because there are so many amazing beautiful places and because I love history and culture which Europe has a lot of.
If you won the lottery what is the first thing you would buy? A jet black Ford F250
What is your proudest sports moment? Being accepted and committing to play out my college career at Stanford University.
If you could attend one professional sporting event what would it be? The Kentucky Derby! I’ve always wanted to go to watch the races and wear a super big, crazy hat.
Favorite candy? Snickers
What is your favorite thing about being a Stanford student-athlete? It’s hard to pick just one thing, but by far being apart of a team.
What is your dream job? To work as a CIA interrogation psychologist or profile analyst.
Who is your role model? Both my parents. They’re such amazing people and I don’t know where I’d be without them.
What is one material thing you could not live without? My yoga pants.
What song do you always get stuck in your head? I always seem to have songs stuck in my head from Disney tunes to songs I don’t even know the words to, but recently I’ve had Starlight by Taylor Swift stuck in my head.
What TV show would you want to be on/a part of? Revenge!! Either that or Criminal Minds.
Favorite music/artist? This is a tough one because it changes all the time, but both Imagine Dragons and Carrie Underwood are always at the top.
Favorite quote? “Win the race” it was inspirational saying from a story that my coach Kevin Glynn, once told me and it has been a source of my motivation and perseverance ever since.
Biggest pet peeve? I don’t have any big pet peeves, but I hate when people touch me with their feet, I don’t know if that counts or not.
Most embarrassing moment? It happened in the weight room... that’s as much as I’m going to say but I’m never going to live it down.
Who on the team does the best Coach Rittman impersonation? Boo
Which of your teammates is the best dancer? I’m going to have to go with Hanna Winter.
