2012 Season (RS Senior): Had an unusual final meet of his collegiate career, at the NCAA Championships in Louisville, Ky. ... was a Rhodes Scholar finalist with interviews on Nov. 16-17 in Seattle, the latter on the same day as the NCAA Championships across the country ... flew to Louisville after the Friday interviews, raced, and then flew back for the Saturday afternoon interviews ... placed 140th at the NCAA's, running 31:03.3 for 10K as Stanford's No. 5 ... a USTFCCCA All-West Region selection after placing 16th at the NCAA West Regionals in Seattle (10K, 30:04) as the No. 6 runner for the first-place Cardinal ... placed 20th at the Pac-12 Championships in Santa Clarita, Calif., in 24:10 (8K) as team's No. 4 ... top collegiate finish was third at the season-opening USF Invitational at San Francisco's Golden Gate Park (8K, 24:45.8) ... was fourth at the Stanford Invitational (8K, 24:13) and 23rd at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (8K, 23:46) as first-place team's No. 3 runner ...
