2013 Season (Sophomore):

• Finished a career-best No. 3 on the team at the Pac-12 Championships, placing 33rd in Louisville, Colo. (22:48, 6K)
• Placed 160th at the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Ind., and was No. 5 on Stanford's team (21:42.2, 6K)
• Was Stanford 'A' team No. 7 at the Stanford Invitational (22:19, 6K)
• Team No. 4 at the USF Invite, placing fifth overall (18:07.4, 5K)
• Named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.

2012 Season (Freshman):

• Finished 50th in the Pac-12 Championships as Stanford's No. 6 runner
• Covered the 6K course in Santa Clarita, Calif., in 21:51
• Stanford's No. 7 runner at the NCAA West Regionals for runner-up team, placing 127th in 22:00 (6K)
• Made collegiate debut at Stanford Invitational, placing 13th in 21:25 over 6K
• Ran No. 6 for Stanford in team runner-up finish at Wisconsin adidas Invitational, clocking 21:04 for 6K.

Track and Field:

• Earned second-team outdoor All-America honors in 2014, placing 14th overall in the 1,500 in the NCAA semifinals
• Has a 1,500 personal best of 4:17.82.

High School:

• The 2009 California state Division III champion in cross country
• A four-time all-state runner in both cross country and track
• Coached in high school by former Stanford Olympian Jeff Atkinson
• A three time participant in the Nike Cross Nationals with a best finish of 13th place in 2009
• Holds the California state record in the 2,000-meter steeplechase (7:02)
• Set seven school records at Palos Verdes, including the 800 (2:09), 1,600 (4:47) and 3,200 (10:25), along with the DMR, SMR, 4x400 and 4x1,600 meters
• Helped Palos Verdes to the Division III state cross-country title in 2011, a second-place finish in 2010 and third place in 2009
• Also played soccer at Palos Verdes and was the school's Offensive Player of the Year.
