2014 Season: Indoors -- Placed seventh in the 5,000 at the MPSF Championships, running a personal best 14:06.79 ... broke personal best in the mile with a 4:11.06 to place 16th at the season-opening UW Indoor Preview in Stanford track debut ... finished 10th in the invitational 3,000 at Penn State National in 8:11.21 on Feb. 1.

2013 Season: Outdoors - Redshirted, but competed unattached … set a personal record at the Payton Jordan Invitational, running 14:09.53 for the 5,000 … placed fourth at the USATF junior national championships in the 5,000, running 15:05.38. Indoors - Did not compete.

International: Was 40th in the IAAF Junior World Cross Country Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland, on March 24, running much of the way with a bloody nose after getting knocked down ... he helped the U.S. to fourth place, clocking 23:27 over the 8-kilometer (4.97-mile) course and was the fifth U.S. finisher ... finished fifth at the USATF Junior Cross Country Nationals in 24:52.2 over 8K at Forest Park in St. Louis to qualify for the U.S. team.

Cross Country: Ran in two meets for Stanford as a freshman, including as Stanford's No. 6 runner in the team's victory at the high-quality Wisconsin adidas Invitational ... redshirted in 2013 because of illness ... ran one meet unattached, placing second at the Doc Adams Invitational.

High School: A nine-time North Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association champion ... won four titles in cross country, three in the 3,200 and two at 1,600 ... also won a combined nine conference titles in cross country and track ... placed ninth at the FootLocker U.S. Nationals in 2011 and 15th in 2010 ... holds the North Carolina state record in the 5,000 of 14:11.23 - run at the Payton Jordan Invitational against collegiate and post-collegiate runners - which is also 15th all-time in the U.S. among high school runners ... holds Cary Academy records for the mile (4:14.75),two mile(8:56.56), 4x800 (8:00) and the 5,000 (14:11.23) ... helped the Cary Academy to four state runner-up finishes in cross country.

Personal: Major is undeclared, but interested in a profession as a park ranger ... son of Mark Graham and Laneta Dorflinger ... father ran track at Harvard, while mother played basketball at Lafayette ... has one sister, Anne ... interested in mountain biking, barbershop singing and hiking.
