• Led off Stanford's 2014 NCAA-winning indoor distance medley relay team, giving him his first All-America honor.

2015 Season:

Placed 13th at the MPSF Championships in the mile (4:07.88).
• Ran season-best 4:05.42 to finish sixth at the Razorback Invitational.
• Leadoff on winning 4x800 (7:40.17) at the UW Indoor Preview.
• Led off two DMRs: finishing second at Razorback Invitational (9:32.08) and sixth at the MPSF Championships (9:48.72).

2014 Season:

• Ran a personal best 3:43.55 in the 1,500 to advance to final round of the NCAA West Prelims in Fayetteville, Ark.
• Would place 17th overall in 3:46.56.
• Placed ninth at the Pac-12 Championships in Pullman, Wash., in 3:46.35.
• Led off Stanford's 4xMile relay that placed second at the Penn Relays (16:17.83).
• Ran 800 PB  of 1:50.93 in placing 13th at the Stanford Invitational.
• Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic first team.
• Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team.


• Led off Stanford's distance medley relay team that won the NCAA indoor championship.
• Made a move on the final lap of his 1,200 leg to get into second.
• Ran a 2:58.60 split and handed the baton to Steven Solomon, who gave Stanford the lead for good.
• Ran the first leg on the second-place DMR (9:28.95) that was second at the Penn State National and is No. 3 all-time indoors at Stanford.
• Set personal bests in the mile, first while finishing fourth at Penn State (4:01.41) on Feb. 1.
• Two weeks later ran 4:01.38 at the Husky Classic, placing ninth in the invitational race.
• Was seventh in the MPSF mile (4:06.11).

2013 Season:

• Improved upon his best 1,500 by more than five seconds, achieving the USATF 'B' standard with a personal best 3:44.22 in the preliminaries of the Pac-12 Championships.
• A USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.
• Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic second team.
• Placed 10th in the Pac-12 final in 3:45.14.
• Advanced to the NCAA West Prelims where he placed 32nd overall in 3:51.39.
• Fourth in the 1,500 at the Big Meet (3:56.07) and sixth in the 800 (1:53.79).
• Ran a season best in the 800 of 1:52.80 at the Jim Click Shootout.


• Ran the first leg on Stanford's fourth-place distance medley relay team that ran 9:43.98 at the MPSF Championships.
• Placed 17th at MPSF's in the mile in 4:07.81.
• Ran four meets, including three mile races, one 800, one 4x400, and one DMR.

2012 Season:

• Placed eighth in the Pac-12 in the 800 (1:51.69).
• Recorded his personal best of 1:51.06 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational in Berkeley, Calif.
• Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team.


• Placed 19th in the MPSF Championships in the mile, in 4:12.69.
• Recorded his personal-best mile of 4:06.26 at the Flotrack Husky Classic in Seattle.
• Named to the MPSF All-Academic team.

2011 Season:

• Ran a personal best of 3:49.58 in the 1,500 at the Payton Jordan Invitational.
• Placed fourth at the Big Meet in the 800 with a time of 1:56.54.
• Ran a season best in the 800 of 1:52.66 at Pepsi Invitational.

• Ran as Stanford's No. 7 at the 2013 NCAA Championships.
