2015 Season:

• Earned his fifth All-America honor by running the 800 leg on an NCAA distance medley relay team that placed 10th (9:50.50).
• Placed 10th in the 800 at the MPSF Championships (1:50.41).
• Ran season best of 1:49.27 to placed second in his heat at the Husky Classic.
• Third leg on DMR team that placed second at the Alex Wilson Invitational at Notre Dame in 9:29.34, the No. 5 team in Stanford history.
2014 Season:

Jumped into Stanford's all-time top 10 by finishing sixth in the NCAA 800 final in a personal record 1:47.64 in Eugene, Ore.
• Earned first-team All-America honors, his first as an individual
• Set a personal record of 1:48.46 in the NCAA semifinal, finishing third in his heat and advancing to the final as the fourth-fastest qualifier
• Advanced to his first NCAA outdoor championship meet by placing sixth overall at the NCAA West Prelims in Fayetteville, Ark., in 1:49.01
• Won the 800 at the Big Meet in a personal best 1:48.79
• Competed in the top section of the Payton Jordan Invitational, but had to sidestep fallen runners, slowing his time to 1:50.16
• Ninth in his first round heat at the Pac-12 Championships and did not advance
• Ran one 1,500, clocking a PR of 3:49.65 in the fourth section of the Stanford Invitational
• Second leg of Big Meet-winning 4x400 relay (3:12.07)
• Ran third leg of distance medley relay team that placed third at the Penn Relays (9:29.66)
• Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic first team


Ran the third leg (800 meters) on Stanford's NCAA championship distance medley relay team ... his split of 1:49.30 was second-fastest in the field

• Qualified for the NCAA's as an individual, but chose to focus on the DMR
• Anchored Cardinal to fourth in the 4x400 at MPSF's (3:12.20)
• Won the 600 (1:18.39) at the season-opening UW Indoor Preview
• The time in the seldom-run event appears to be a school record
• Also anchored the 4x400 to victory in the same meet in the No. 10 indoor time in school history (3:13.62), a time bettered with a 3:11.11 (No. 8 at Stanford indoors) in winning the invitational portion of the Husky Classic
• Broke his personal best in the 800 twice, first with a 1:49.71 for eighth in the invite 800 at Penn State National, and then with a 1:48.80 to place second in the invite of the Husky Class on Feb. 15
• The time is No. 3 all-time indoors at Stanford ... ran the third leg on the DMR that is No. 3 in school history (9:28.95), in finishing second at Penn State

2013 Season:

• A USTFCCCA All-Academic selection
• Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic first team
• Ran the 800 in the preliminary round of the Pac-12 Championships, clocking 1:51.24 to place 13th overall
• Ran the third leg on Stanford's 4x400 that won the Big Meet and was seventh in the Pac-12 (season best 3:10.56)
• Made his collegiate 1,500 debut at the Stanford Invitational, running 3:52.14
• Season best 800 came in a fourth-place finish at the Big Meet (1:50.70)


Ran the 800 leg (third) on Stanford's school-record setting distance medley relay team that ran 9:28.25 at Notre Dame's Alex Wilson Invitational
• Earned his second first-team All-America honor with the eighth-place DMR team at the NCAA Championships (9:39.22)
• Placed eighth at the MPSF Championships in the 800 (1:51.34)
• Ran the third leg on the 4x400 team that placed 11th at MPSF's (3:18.44)

• Ran the 800 leg for a team that recorded a time of 9:36.13
