At Stanford: Earned three first-team All-America honors for his part on distance medley relay teams at the NCAA Indoor Championships in 2011-13 ... ran the 800 leg on Stanford's NCAA championship DMR in 2014.

2014 Season: Indoors - Ran the third leg (800 meters) on Stanford's NCAA championship distance medley relay team ... his split of 1:49.30 was second-fastest in the field ... took baton in  the lead and increased it ... team ran 9:37.63 ... was third in the 800 at the MPSF Championships (1:49.08) ... qualified for the NCAA's as an individual, but chose to focus on the DMR ... anchored Cardinal to fourth in the 4x400 at MPSF's (3:12.20) ... won the 600 (1:18.39) at the season-opening UW Indoor Preview ... the time in the seldom-run event appears to be a school record ... also anchored the 4x400 to victory in the same meet in the No. 10 indoor time in school history (3:13.62), a time bettered with a 3:11.11 (No. 8 at Stanford indoors) in winning the invitational portion of the Husky Classic ... broke his personal best in the 800 twice, first with a 1:49.71 for eighth in the invite 800 at Penn State National, and then with a 1:48.80 to place second in the invite of the Husky Class on Feb. 15 ... the time is No. 3 all-time indoors at Stanford ... ran the third leg on the DMR that is No. 3 in school history (9:28.95), in finishing second at Penn State.

2013 Season: Outdoors - A USTFCCCA All-Academic selection ... named to the Pac-12 All-Academic first team ... ran the 800 in the preliminary round of the Pac-12 Championships, clocking 1:51.24 to place 13th overall ... ran the third leg on Stanford's 4x400 that won the Big Meet and was seventh in the Pac-12 (season best 3:10.56) ... made his collegiate 1,500 debut at the Stanford Invitational, running 3:52.14 ... season best 800 came in a fourth-place finish at the Big Meet (1:50.70). Indoors - Ran the 800 leg (third) on Stanford's school-record setting distance medley relay team that ran 9:28.25 at Notre Dame's Alex Wilson Invitational ... earned his second first-team All-America honor with the eighth-place DMR team at the NCAA Championships (9:39.22) ... placed eighth at the MPSF Championships in the 800 (1:51.34) ... ran the third leg on the 4x400 team that placed 11th at MPSF's (3:18.44) ... won the Elite 89 Award for having the highest GPA among competitors at the NCAA Championships.

2012 Season: Outdoors - Placed ninth in the Pac-12 Championships by running 1:51.71 in the preliminaries ... was Stanford's top 800-meter runner of the season ... ran season best of 1:49.92 at the Payton Jordan Invitational ... advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Round and ran 1:51.29 in the prelims to place 28th overall ...a member of Stanford's 4x400 team that ran 3:13.96 at the Big Meet. Indoors - Earned first-team All-America status for running on the distance medley relay team that placed fourth at the 2012 NCAA Indoor nationals ... ran the 800 leg for a team that recorded a time of 9:36.13 ... also ran on the DMR team that ran 9:31.24 to finish second at the MPSF Championships ... that time earned Stanford the No. 9 ranking on the 2012 U.S. performance list ... placed seventh at the MPSF's in the 800 at 1:51.60 ... ran a season best of 1:51.25 at the Razorback Invitational.

High School: The 2010 indoor state champion in the 800 ... finished as the 2010 runner-up at the outdoor state championships in the 800 ... also won a state title indoors by running the 800-meter leg of the DMR ... placed third in the 4x800-meter relay at the outdoor state meet in 2009 ... the Henderson school record holder in the 800 meters with a time of 1:51.08 ... personal best of 49.87 in the 400 ... also played soccer at Henderson and was named all-area during his junior season.
