STANFORD, Calif. - After a weekend that saw Stanford post impressive performances at a trio of events around the nation, the Cardinal sailing team now looks ahead to the Big Sail against Cal at noon (PT) Tuesday at the St. Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco.

Stanford seeks its ninth straight Big Sail victory after defeating Cal last season, 2-0.

The Cardinal looks to build on last weekend's ventures to the Navy Fall Intersectional, Captain Hurst Bowl and Stoney Burke Intersectional.

The fall setting in Annapolis, Md., featured a first-place showing in the B-Division by Screve and Scutt, who punched in 74 points.

Laube, Urban and Riklin came through with 125 points and the C-Division was second with 65 points.

Stanford (412) was sixth overall as College of Charleston picked up the win.

Competing at Cal's Stoney Burke Intersectional were Jack Ortel (A-Division), Sammy Steele (A-Division), Max Korhman (B-Division) and Michelle Catania (B-Division).
